Gwen has over 10 years of recruitment experience - gained both in specialist consultancy environments and in-house resourcing roles. Her career has spanned all levels of recruitment within a number of sectors, with the bulk of her experience being at the middle/senior management level. Gwen manages the Capita Interim Management team but also has hands on responsibility for further developing Capita’s links across key Public Sector clients and identifying potential new markets. Since joining Capita in 2005 Gwen has grown the Interim Management business significantly to become the market leader that it is today.

Emma Crichton has been a recruiter for 9 years, working with some of the UK’s biggest blue-chips as well as SMEs across the South. In her earlier career Emma specialised in accountancy and finance positions but moved into the purchasing and supply chain market three years ago. An interim specialist, Emma works across both the private and public sector recruiting for procurement departments across the UK.
